Trumans Water (San Diego, CA) is/was one of those bands that has put out like 20 albums, yet always seems to fly under the radar and get lost within those gagillian other 90s indie rock bands. But they are not just another average indie rock band. No sir. This is their 2nd album, and this shit gets experimental, and noisy, and awesome as shit my friend. Like a chaotic noise rock concoction, taking parts and pieces from Sonic Youth, Fugazi, Unwound, and Space Streakings. Or who knows, maybe they're bigger than I realize. Either or, take the manic ride for yourself without protective gear and get ass spasm smashed. Xoxo.
