Frodus was an post-hardcore, experiemental noise, indie-art rock, band from Washington D.C. that existed mostly in the 90s, and had a huge influence on tons of late 90's/early 00s bands. They put out 6 full lengths and a bunch of singles, including their last single, Soundlab 1, which was released in 2010. Conglomerate International was their 2nd to last full length.
When one listens to Frodus, one would ask themselves, why the Hell were these guys not on the Dischord roster? I mean, I'm sure Ian and Co. had their fair share of bands sending them demos constantly, but these guys seem like a no-brainer. Maybe they smelled bad or something. Or maybe they are bad tippers. Nobody wants to hang out with people like that right? Who knows? Anyway, they've kindly stock-piled their bandcamp page with the majority of of their discography, all mostly on the cheap or free.
