Ok Ok. I fell for the April Fools joke with the Melvins single...well played. Ha ha. Guess I'll just have to post a real Melvins single shortly to make up for it.
So let's get to a real post for now. Big'N and Oxes split from back in 1999. That was before everyone had iPhones or even personal cell phones for that matter. Hell, I didn't even have a computer.

BIG'N - SPARE THE HORSES (2011)

I wonder if the title comes from talking about horse-flies. Those mothers bite hard! I feel sorry for the horses. Horse-flies would actually be a good name for a hard-biting band actually. Probably already taken though.

Lumbering from the 90's Chicago noise rock scene, Spare The Horses is their first release of new shit since 1999. (Yeah I know this came out 2 years ago.) Pissed off, abrasive and coarse. Chaotic and hectic but controlled.  4 songs biting you on your horsey legs. African Tapes 2011.
