Plus I was just reading about a book that came out about the club called "It All Dies Anyway: L.A. Jabberjaw, and the End of an Era" and it got me in the mood to hear this again.

I had to post some Hammerhead cuz...well...its Hammerhead.
But also because of the Amrep Bash 15 fest going on in Minneapolis this weekend.
Wish I could go. Guess I'll just sit home in my underwear with a cold 6 pack and listen to the bands in my living room. Sad mug.

HAMMERHEAD - ANARCHO RETARDIST TERROR EXHIBIT EP (2011)

You know Hammerhead. Well you should anyway. This 4-song EP (also known as the Memory Hole EP) was a single-sided, limited pressing 12" from Tom Hazelmyer and Amphetamine Reptile. There were 100 12" x 12" lithocut, hand printed and assembled sleeves, 50 of which were at the Anarcho Retardist Terror Exhibit in Austin TX in 2011. This limited art/music release format was more or less part of the start of Amrep 2.0 and the badass direction they have been taking with its releases as of late.

Created for the Post Moral Neanderthal Retardist Pornography shows in LA & NYC. 5 different artists were asked to design the artwork for the split single. Same tracks on all 5 discs with artwork by Camille Rose Garcia, Haze-XXL, Shepard Fairey, Junko Mizuno & Chris Mars. There are 500 copies of each design.
