SHORTY - THUMB DAYS (1993)

The first and only full album by legendary Chicago noise rock band SHORTY, who broke up in 1994, with two of the members (Al Johnson & Mark Shippy) then forming U.S. Maple. 10 killer tracks, recorded by Steve Albini, Gasoline Boost Records 1993. Undoubtedly one of the best noise rock albums ever!

WAR BRIDES - BURDEN (2013)

Chicago noise rock / post-metal. Think Shellac and Shiner, mixed with Pissed Jeans style vocals with a heavier, Helmet guitar sound. Crunching!
Download from Bandcamp or buy the limited to 300 clear vinyl LP.

TWIN STUMPS - SEEDBED (2010)

Blown out and over amplified distortion. Mix of noise and hardcore on the slower side. This will destroy your speakers and ear drums pretty quickly. But in a good way. If there's a good way to destroy your ear drums anyway. For fans of Drunkdriver. Fan Death Records 2010.

WAXEATER - BALTIMORE RECORD (2013)

Diggin' through the ditches, burning through the witches, eatin' pizza, taco-ing our riffs, having one dude named rob, riding in vanne frank, drinking bourbon, getting electrocuted, lovin' america, having a baby, poking smot, and slamming in the back of our dragula. Fuck yeah!

SCUL HAZZARDS - LAST FEW BUCKS 7" (2008)

Australian noise rock. Amrep style noise with Big Black, Jesus Lizard and Unsane thrown together in a blender. Good shit! 2008 Tenzenmen Records.

SHAVED WOMEN - STATIC & SELF-TITLED EPS (2011 - 2012) & SHAVED WOMEN LP (2010)

I'm a big fan of these guys. Grungy, dirgy and noisy punk rock to annoy your neighbors with. From the bowels of St. Louis, MO. Black Flag meets Drunks With Guns. The Static and Self-titled 7" EPs were limited but can be downloaded from their Bandcamp page. The Shaved Women record was originally a limited 12" on Rotted Tooth Recordings and features a Die Kreuzen cover. Not sure why only 4 songs are on the site.

MAYYORS - MEGANS LOLZ 7" (2008)

Don't let the cover that could hang on the wall of your teenage sisters room fool you. This is no girly happy shit. Aggressive and pounding. Blown out bass noise and superfuzzy vocals.
Self released 7" 2008. Only 300 pressed I believe. They did a limited 2009 repress with plain white sleeves.
