Female fronted racket from the UK, this record is bombastic, fuzzy and noisy, with aspects of industrial thrown in. This was their first full length record and has a lil Scratch Acid, a lil Cop Shoot Cop, a lil Killdozer. The record almost sounds like 2 eps. The first half being slower and lunging with off- kilter parts throwing you around like a cement mixer. While the second half tears thru chaotic and ripping, punkrawk with tons of flailing guitar feedback.
Originally released on French label Wiiija Records, was later picked up by Touch and Go for the fine US folks.

fun facts pop fans - wii1ja is a london based label not french - the name being the post code of Rough trade records W11 1JA, where the label guys worked
Fat Axl was recorded by Steve Albini, one of the few early cases of that NOT being paraded around as a badge of honour by the band or label
