4th and final full length from Head of David.
Features Justin Broadrick. Yes!!
And should fulfill any Big Black / Industrial noise rock sounding cravings you may have.
They just don't make 'em like this anymore.
(Blast First - 1991)
Sorry but Justin Broadrick is not on the Seed State album. He was only in the band from 1987 to 1989. He decided to leave Head of David because they were going in a much weaker sounding direction with their music after the Dustbowl album and thankfully went on to start his band Godflesh. The albums/EPs Dogbreath, LP (album titled CD if it was on that format), White Elephant (Peel sessions), the Sevaena Mixes, Dustbowl they recorded before the Seed State album are a 100 times better and much heavier sounding.
I misspelled something in the above comment. The correct spelling is - The Saveana Mixes. Not Sevaena. That was spelling used for the test pressing for an early alternate mix version of the Dustbowl album according to discogs.com .
