The Dustdevils (NY) were an indie rock band around back in the late 80s / early 90s. With noise and experimental components their biggest comparison is obviously Sonic Youth. (Now you see what I'm saying?) And also similar to the Sonic Youth post, the first song Hip Priest is a cover...also by The Fall.
Cool how that all ties together eh?
