So here's another one of those bands and albums that I heard a while back and meant to post, but somehow my slack-ass dropped the ball. Must have been when I was training for that hot dog eating contest. Ah well, doesn't mean this thing expired or anything. You can still enjoy it now the same as if you did 6 months ago.
So that being said, Berline0.33 are from France and make a solid noise ruckus. 'The Abyss' is their 4th release and 2nd full length mambo-jambo which hits that sonic sweet spot. Guitars buzzsawing back and forth, and bass and drums swaying and rolling in a way that would make a Shellac cover band sweat with envy. Get this shit now. I'm gonna grab a hot dog.
